The postmortem report of Bollywood singer KK (Krishna Kumar Kunnath) has arrived. In this, the cause of his death has been given as natural ie cardiac arrest. The report said that the condition of his liver and lungs was also critical. KK's postmortem was done at SSKM Hospital in Kolkata. The entire video recording of this postmortem, which lasted for about one and a half hours, has also been done.

Born on 23 August 1968 in Delhi, the famous playback singer Krishna Kumar Kunnath is popularly known as KK in the industry. He has sung songs not only in Hindi but also for other language films including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati. KK sang around 3,500 jingles before he got his break in films.

Got a big break from the song 'Tadap Tadap' from the film 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. Apart from this, KK has also done 'Yaro', 'Pal', 'Koi Kahe Kehte Rahe', 'I said to the heart', 'Awarapan Banjarapan', 'Dus Bahane', 'Ajab Si', 'Khuda Jaane' and 'Dil Ibadat'. He has sung many beautiful songs like 'Tu Hi Meri Shab Hai'. In 2021, KK was honored with the Mirchi Music Award. He studied at Mount St. Mary's School in Delhi and did his graduation from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. During the 1999 Cricket World Cup, KK sang the song 'Josh of India' to support the Indian team. Many Indian cricketers were also seen in this song of his. KK started his singing career with the music album 'Pal'.

Famous playback singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, also known as 'KK', passed away suddenly in Kolkata on Tuesday night. After suffering a concussion at a live concert in Kolkata, he suffered a heart attack and lost his life. At the age of 53, he breathed his last. A video of his concert is currently coming out, showing the discomfort on his face. Currently a video is going hugely viral on social media. In this video, KK is seen being taken off the stage during a live concert. In which discomfort is evident on his face. Meanwhile, a video of KK's last concert has gone viral on social media.

In the year 2000, KK received the Best Playback Singer Award for the song 'Tadap-Tadap' from the film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. In 2008 also won the Best Playback Singer award for 'Aankhon Mein Teri' from Om Shanti Om and 'Khuda Jaane' from Bachna-e Haseeno in 2009.

Earlier in Kolkata, he was paid tribute with state honors. Other family members including his wife Jyoti Krishna, son Nakul and daughter Tamara were also present on the occasion. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also reached Rabindra Sadan in Kolkata and paid his last respects to the dead body of KK. He also met his family members and consoled them.

KK performed in a live concert at Nazrul Manch Auditorium in Kolkata on Tuesday. After the performance, he reached the hotel, where his health deteriorated. He was immediately taken to the nearby CMRI (Kolkata Medical Research Institute) hospital. But he died before reaching the hospital. It is also being said in some reports that he had a head injury. At the same time, a case of unnatural death of Singer has been registered at New Market Police Station in Kolkata. The police have said that they will examine the CCTV footage of the concert.

There is an atmosphere of sadness in the Bollywood industry due to the death of KK. Many celebs including actor Akshay Kumar, singer Armaan Malik, actress Sonal Chauhan and Munmun Dutta have expressed grief over his death. The country has lost two singers including KK during the performance in the last two days.

PM Modi has expressed grief over the death of KK. The PM said that I am saddened by the death of KK, people of all ages are connected to his songs. He will always be alive in our hearts through his songs. May God give strength to his family. President Ram Nath Kovind has also condoled the death of KK.
