Deepika Padukone returns to shooting for 'Pathan', Shah Rukh Khan to start shooting in first week of December
After celebrating her wedding anniversary, actress Deepika Padukone returned to Mumbai on Wednesday for the shooting of 'Pathan'. Sources close to the film have confirmed this. It is understood that Shah Rukh will return to shooting from the first week of December. The film stars John Abraham, who plays the Russian mafia.
A source said, "The current situation is not allowed to affect the shoot much. The film is based on action and its action sequences are constantly being shot. Preparations are also underway to travel to Spain in the first week of December. Shah Rukh is also likely to go there. Sequences of Deepika and Shah Rukh's songs will be shot in Mallorca, Cadiz and Wager dela Frontera.
Deepika shot the action sequence of the film. Last week, John Abraham shot a chess sequence on a bike in the studio. John did a total of two days of shooting. The bike chase sequence that John shot in the film's Europe schedule was one of them. Ice was used in the studio itself, on which John filmed action scenes from the bike. What is special is that he completed the scene alone.
Many interesting scenes were painted on Shah Rukh. Sources said, ‘The indoor Burj Khalifa was recreated. Some other tall buildings were also recreated. Shah Rukh will be seen interacting with skids on the outer walls of those tall buildings. Like 'Tom Cruise' in 'Mission Impossible', Shah Rukh was seen performing with the help of cable. For this, cabling was done on Shah Rukh's body.
With the help of this, aerial scenes were shot from one building to another. That schedule was 10 to 20 days. A dummy helicopter was also used in the same shot. Fighters were also hired from Bangkok for the film's fight sequence. This is technically called Spider-Man setup. '
Sources said, “Many extended action scenes were shot for one month in Abu Dhabi schedule. The government of Abu Dhabi helped a lot for this. The army had provided tanks, helicopters, etc. on their behalf.
Director Siddharth Anand used crowds from Africa, Australia, Czechoslovakia, France, Italy and many other countries in Abu Dhabi. Siddharth's aim in the film is to show that Shah Rukh Khan, who has become a RAW agent, is fulfilling his goal by visiting as many countries as possible.
It is also likely to be a prequel to Pathan. Later, to make Spy Universe, the producers have combined the story of 'Pathan' with 'War' and 'Tiger 3'. This means that along with Shah Rukh Khan, Salman and Hrithik will also have roles in the universe that will be created.
