Aryan Khan Drug Case: Know why NCB claimed, their action was fair and clear!
After the arrest of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, the Narcotics Control Bureau is being accused of raiding a party running on a cruise along with the workers of a particular party. Now the NCB has given an explanation on this.
NCB maintains that the allegations leveled against their institution are baseless and are an attempt to malign the institution and misdirect the legal action taken by NCB. It is without any bias. This statement has been issued by the Deputy Director General of Narcotics Control Bureau, Dnyaneshwar Singh.
Dnyaneshwar Singh further said, 'We had received information. After this NCB Mumbai raided the International Cruise Terminal, Green Gate Mumbai and the cruise ship and arrested 8 people. These include Vikrant Choker, Ashmit Singh Chadha, Arbaaz Merchant, Aryan Khan, Mohak. Jaswal, Munmun Dhamija and Nupur Satija are involved. Cocaine, charas, and MDMA were recovered from them. Not only this, ruppes133000 cash was also found.
We have also rated Mohak Jaswal in Jogeshwari on interrogation in preliminary investigation and we have caught one person named Abdul Qadir Sheikh. Drugs named as estatesy have been recovered from him.
After questioning Ashmit Singh Chaddha, NCB team raided Goregaon, Mumbai and recovered charas from one person. After this, 4 people have been arrested so far in continuous action.
Significantly, after the name of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan came in the drugs case, the matter started gaining momentum. Shah Rukh Khan's son has been sent to police remand by the NDPS court till October 7. Earlier, the court had sent Aryan Khan on remand for one day.
