Aryan Khan bail hearing LIVE updates:  Aryan Khan Gets Bail After 3 Weeks, One More Night In Jail

Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who is trapped in the drugs case, has got stuck once again. The Bombay High Court has postponed the hearing on Aryan's bail for Thursday. The hearing will be started in the court after 2.30 pm on Thursday. Due to the postponement of the hearing, Aryan will have to spend the night in Arthur Road Jail.

Amit Desai said- You see Aryan Khan's arrest memo. NCB does not have concrete evidence for arrest. The arrest is made for an offense which has not been committed. Only 6 grams of charas was found from Arbaaz. To prove the conspiracy that NCB is talking about, NCB has presented WhatsApp chat before the court. These chats have nothing to do with the arrest. This evidence of NCB is not valid in the court under 65B. The phone was not seized but it has been mentioned in the remand copy.

Amidst the arguments of Amit Desai, Aryan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi also argued for bail. He said- 'The arrest memo does not give proper grounds for arrest. Article 22 is more important than section 50 of CRPC. Under this, no person can be arrested unless he is aware of the reason for his arrest.

And that person has the right to consult a lawyer according to him. They have the phone but they didn't tell us it was during the time of remand. We do not have access to WhatsApp chat. They have chats, their positions and they are misleading us without telling us what they have recovered.'

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, but Aryan will be able to come out of jail only tomorrow or Saturday. After a long hearing of three hours, the court granted bail to the three accused including Aryan.

The remaining three accused, including Aryan Khan, have got bail from the Bombay High Court. However, he will have to spend tonight in jail. After the hearing in the Bombay High Court that began at 3 pm, the court delivered the verdict at 4.45 pm.

Only Aryan and Arbaaz were known to those arrested. So there is no possibility of conspiracy.
